Creator : Someone who publishes maps on Guidez. Usually a travel influencer.

Verified creator : A creator whose account is approved to publish and sell maps. Unlocks the Creator Portal, the full editor, Linkify, and a shop page.

Map (also list) : A collection of places from one creator, with notes, categories, and priorities. Free or priced.

Personal map : A map you make for yourself from places you find in Guidez. Stored on your device, shareable by link.

Place : One location on a map: a name, the creator’s note, a category, an optional priority, coordinates, and any attached links or social content.

Category : What kind of place it is. One of restaurant, cafe, bar, attraction, lodging, nature, beach.

Visit priority : How much a creator recommends making time for a place: must-see, cool place, or if-you-have-time. Sets the pin color.

Trust : Following a creator. Trusted creators shape what Explore and Guido show you.

Landing page : The page a traveler sees before opening a map. The sales page for paid maps.

Get access : Adding a map to your library. Free for free maps; the checkout step for paid maps.

Linkify : The tool that turns a booking URL into your affiliate link.

Affiliate link : A booking link that credits a creator with a commission on the booking.

Explore : The discovery screen. A map of nearby recommended places, or a browse-by-destination view.

Feed : A full-screen vertical scroll of one place per screen, over the creator’s photo or video.

Guido : The in-app assistant that finds places from Guidez creators based on what you ask for.

Forward to Guidez : Sharing an Instagram post or reel into Guidez so the place in it is saved.
